There are 3 coaching packages available
Ad hoc sessions booked as individual sessions. These sessions are ideal for managing a specific issue like overcoming the stress of presenting in public or generally wanting to increase resilience and learn how to manage work stress better.
This package includes:
- 4 x 60 minute sessions
- 1 month of email support
If you have a more complicated presenting problem that you wish to resolve then this is the package for you. For example, if you are having trouble sleeping at night, due to stress then the focus will be on improving understanding how to resolve these issues and manage stress in a more consistent way.
This package is the most comprehensive offering available. It is ideal for anyone who has ongoing issues like stress, depression, and anxiety or who is perhaps close to burn-out. There is much to be gained from a longer coaching relationship in terms of enhancing skills knowledge and performance. People who take this option generally find their performance at work is enhanced as they are more comfortable with change and more open to new challenges. They find that their management of stress is on a different level and they become much more able to deal with high-stress environments and even thrive in them.
- Initial session of 90 minutes
- 5 sessions of 60 minutes
- 3 months of email support and 3 x 20 minute skype/phone sessions
All sessions are carried out either face to face at a mutually convenient location or can be conducted via zoom if you are outside the Greater London area.
